ORDERING

What size should I order?

We recommend ordering your usual size, unless stated otherwise in the product description (eg. sizing runs small/large). Our size guide is located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, we can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched.

In the event that you need to modify or cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible with the modification details.

What does preorder mean?

Preorder means that the product is not available immediately and are generally shipped within 4-6 weeks from when the preorder opens.

The item I want is sold out?

We restock items depending on customer demand.

Please sign up for restock notifications via the product page if the item you are after is sold out. You will be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

How long will it take for my order to be disptached?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours or up to 72 hours in busy periods.

Please send us an email if you are in urgent need of your order, so we can dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Please contact Australia Post or DHL Express directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return an item if it has been worn/washed?

No, we do not accept returns on any items that have been worn/washed, unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure you have inspected the item you have received to ensure it is the correct product/size, as we cannot exchange an incorrect item once it have been worn/washed.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full refunds given the item was not purchased on sale, you have requested the return within 7 days of receiving the parcel, and your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do your refunds work?

- Please send an email to customercare@iamdelilah.com titled 'RETURN' 

- Include your name, order number, the item/s you would like to return, and your reason for returning. 

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

- Customers are to cover the cost of return shipping. 

- Please ship the item/s back to us within 7 days.

- We recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, once we have received and inspected the returned item/s.

- You will receive an email once your return has been processed, however, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

- If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do your exchanges work?

- Please send an email to customercare@iamdelilah.com titled 'EXCHANGE'

- Include your name, order number and the item/s you would like to exchange. 

- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Customers are to cover the cost of return shipping. 

- Please ship the item/s back to us within 7 days.

- We recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

- Store credits will be issued to the customer's email address, once we have received and inspected the returned item/s.

- The store credit can be used to purchase the correct size, or something else on our website. 

- Store credits do not expire.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be returned for exchange in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY, given the return was requested within 7 days of receiving the order. We do not provide refunds for sale items.

How do I care for my IAD pieces?

To ensure your Delilah pieces last as long as they should:

Follow all washing instructions located on the care label of each garment.

Limit washes, sun exposure and contact with rough surfaces/edges.

How should I wash my IAD pieces?

Please always read the washing instructions located on the care label of every garment as care instructions may vary.

As a general guide:

Cold gentle machine wash.

Wash inside out.

Line dry in the shade.

Warm iron.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not dry clean.
