Refund policy
To ensure you have a great shopping experience with I AM DELILAH, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund or store credit.
We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame.
Sale items can be returned for 110% store credit.
Full priced items can be returned for a refund or 110% store credit.
Exchanges are processed through a refund or 110% store credit.
**Returns are sent to Australia with DHL Express.
Non-refundable items:
- Sale items (unless faulty). This includes full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event. No refunds will be accepted for sale items.
Non-returnable items:
- No returns will be accepted for items that have been worn/washed or are not in the original condition/packaging with tags. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted, the item is not available for a return.
- No returns will be accepted for late return requests outside our 30-day return policy. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted, the item is not available for a return. You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit:
- You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit. No refunds will be accepted for sale items.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure items are folded & packaged how they were received.
- You must provide your name & order number inside the parcel for your return to be processed.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
- Please lodge your return request via our online return portal HERE
- If your return is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers will be issued with a pre-paid DHL Express return label.
- Please note, your original preference of store credit or a refund cannot be adjusted within our returns portal.
IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED:
- Please ship the item/s back to us within 7 days of your return being accepted.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, once we have received and inspected the returned item/s. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
- Store credits will be issued to the customer's email address, once we have received and inspected the returned item/s. Store credits do not expire.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

A fee of $20 USD for a pre-paid return label will be applied for customers requesting a return.
- If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free express shipping, the initial shipping fee of 20 USD will be deducted from your refund. This fee will not be deducted for customers requesting a store credit, only refunds.
Sale Items:
- Please note we do NOT provide refunds for sale items (unless faulty).
- We accept exchanges on sale items, in the form of a store credit or a refund.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- Any post-purchase damage is the customer's responsibility as all care instructions are stated in the product description or care label. A refund/return will not be granted.
- If your parcels is RETURNED TO SENDER due to the parcel being 'UNCLAIMED', your order can be refunded/ issued 110% store credit, however your shipping will not be refunded.
