- Please note, your USPS tracking number is your AusPost tracking number

UNITED STATES: Australia Post International Express/ United States Postal Service

Free express shipping on orders over $375 USD

- Express International ($20 USD) 3-5 business days 

Dispatch Timeframes: 

- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (business days).

- Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched in promotional/busy periods.

- If you are in need of your item/s quickly, please leave us a note to ensure we process your order as quickly as possible. 

- Delivery timeframes are inclusive of both dispatch and shipping timeframes.

International Customs Charges:

- All duties and taxes are included in order total

Pre-Orders:

- Pre-orders are generally shipped within 4-6 weeks from when the pre-order opens. 

- Please ensure you have read the the pre-order description on product pages, which states the waiting period and estimated dispatch date.

- Stock is not available immediately. 

- Orders will be shipped as soon as we have received the stock.

- Shipment of your in-stock items will be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping.

- To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

Additional Information:

- We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post or USPS directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.

- To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.

- Customers are responsible for tracking, receiving and collecting their order from the chosen courier provider. This includes parcels that are returned to sender.

- Parcels that are returned to sender can either be shipped back to the customer at their own expense, or refunded (minus the cost of return shipping).
