ORDERING

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our sizing is in line with typical Australian sizing. Please see our size guide for sizing conversions. We recommend referring to the specific measurements within product descriptions.

CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted.

Our orders are received into an inventory system which cannot be adjusted after the warehouse team has started processing.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept various payment methods:

Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip – Buy now, pay later.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Items are restocked depending on customer demand.

Please sign up for a restock notification via the product page if the item you would like is sold out.

You will be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

We ship all across the United States from Sydney, Australia!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).

Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched in promotional/busy periods.

If you are in need of your item/s quickly, please leave us a note to ensure we process your order as quickly as possible. 

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We ship with Auspost International, until your package lands in the United States, where it is then handed off to USPS.

Please note, your tracking number is located within your shipping confirmation email - your USPS tracking number is the same as your AusPost tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We process exchanges through the form of a refund or 110% store credit. You can then repurchase the desired product size.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

SALE items can be returned for store credit only. A refund will not be granted for the return of a SALE item.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes, you can still request a refund if you have used a discount code when purchasing a full priced item.

DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

No, our store credits do not expire.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY IAD PIECES?

To ensure your Delilah pieces last as long as they should:

Follow all washing instructions located on the care label of each garment.

Limit washes, sun exposure and contact with rough surfaces/edges.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY IAD PIECES?

Please always read the washing instructions located on the care label of every garment as care instructions may vary.

As a general guide:

Cold gentle machine wash.

Wash inside out.

Line dry in the shade.

Warm iron.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not dry clean.
