ORDERING

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our sizing is compliant with typical Australian sizing. We recommend ordering your usual size, unless stated otherwise in the product description (eg. sizing runs small/large). Our size guide is located within the product description of our products.

CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed, this cannot be adjusted.

 This is because our orders are issued into an inventory system once they are received, which cannot be adjusted as our warehouse team starts processing.

If there is an issue with your order, please file a return through our RETURNS PORTAL.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept various payment methods:

Credit Card, ShopPay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna – Flexible payments, Zip – Buy now, pay later.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Items are restocked depending on customer demand.

Please sign up for restock notifications via the product page if the item you are after is sold out.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days).

Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched in promotional/busy periods.

If you are in need of your item/s quickly, please leave us a note to ensure we process your order as quickly as possible. 

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Within Australia, we ship with AusPost.

Internationally, we use AusPost until your package lands in your country, where we then use AusPost’s partner couriers – members of the UPU.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

The delivery of your order includes dispatch and shipping timeframes.

These timeframes can differ depending on demand within the warehouse, as well as demand on our couriers.

Please allow additional time in busy/ promotional periods.

Quality checks are performed on our products in manufacturing and packing processes to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We have a strict 14-day return policy within our RETURNS PORTAL.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We process exchanges through the form of a refund or 110% store credit.

Once this item returns to us, we will inspect and process this item. Your chosen refund method will then be fulfilled, and you can purchase the item you desire.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

SALE items can be returned in exchange for store credit. A refund will not be processed for the return of a SALE item.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes, if using a discount code when purchasing an item at full price. A discount code will not quality your item as a SALE item.

DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

No, our store credits do not expire.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY IAD PIECES?

To ensure your Delilah pieces last as long as they should:

Follow all washing instructions located on the care label of each garment.

Limit washes, sun exposure and contact with rough surfaces/edges.

HOW SHOULD I WAS MY IAD PIECES?

Please always read the washing instructions located on the care label of every garment as care instructions may vary.

As a general guide:

Cold gentle machine wash.

Wash inside out.

Line dry in the shade.

Warm iron.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not dry clean.
